Peacefully surrounded by her family at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Monday, June 29th, 2015. Irena, in her 76th year. Loving mother of Gregory and his wife Kasia, and Martin. Babcia of Franus and Adam. Loving wife of Aly. Dear sister of Alicja and Tadeusz. Loving Aunt of Ela, Agnieszka, Karol, Grazyna, and Peter. Irena will be fondly remembered by her many friends and family. A Memorial Service will be held at DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road)905-440-4595 in the DeStefano Chapel, on Saturday, July 4th at 2pm. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Lakeridge Health Foundation “Palliative Care”. Memories may be shared at www.destefanofuneralhomes.ca
