Passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on March 3, 2015. “Happy Jack” will forever be loved and remembered by his mom Andra, his dad Robert and his twin brother and protector Dylan. Cherished grandson of Tom & Joanne Duff and Frances Woskosky. Dear nephew of Darren & Kristal Duff, Ryan Duff & Joy Smith and Jim & Bonnie Woskosky. Loving cousin of Kristen, Aaron and Adrianna. He will be missed by his special companion Sabre, the Autism Assistance Dog. Jack touched the lives of everyone he met. He was a blissfully happy boy who loved life to the fullest. Jack filled everyone’s heart with happiness including his teachers, therapists, neighbours, family and friends. Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa(south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road)905-440-3595 on Sunday, March 8th from 4:00-8:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 1100 Mary Street N., Oshawa on Monday, March 9th at 10:00am. Cremation to follow. In memory of Jack, donations may be made to Grandview Children’s Centre or to the Lion’s Foundation Dog Guides of Canada(AAD Program).
